Shipping & returns
Your order will be delivered by PostNL to your address. If you wish to receive the order elsewhere, you can specify a different delivery address when placing the order.
When your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Through this link you will be kept informed of the status and location of your package.
Orders placed on business days are delivered within 1-2 business days upon delivery within the Netherlands. For shipments to other countries, the delivery time below applies:
Belgium: 1-3 business days
Germany: 1-3 working days
For orders over €50,- within the Benelux and Germany, you pay no shipping costs in case of regular shipping. For orders up to €50,- you will be charged €4.99 shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands, €6.99 for shipments to Belgium and €8.99 for shipments to Germany
If you wish to return a product or your entire order, we request that you notify us by mail ([email protected]). To handle your return as quickly as possible, please include your customer number and delivery note number.

When the products are received by us we will send you a confirmation and receipt to make sure that the package has arrived.
If you wish to return a product or your entire order, you must send the package yourself. After receiving the package, the amount of the returned product will be refunded within 7 working days.
As a consumer you have the right to revoke your order without giving any reason within 14 days.
This means that we offer a full refund, including shipping costs of the outward shipment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. If you want to let us know that you would like to cancel your order please send the withdrawal form within 14 days of receipt filled out to [email protected] After sending the form you have 14 calendar days to return the product.

Both returning products as revoking your order, the following conditions apply. We encourage you to use quality packing materials which are wrapped around the original packaging of the product. For example, the original packaging in which the product was shipped. The sealing of the product packaging must not be broken. If the seal is broken, this means a reduction in value of the product, which Piggy Proof will charge you for.
