Shipping & returns
Your order will be delivered by DHL to your address. If you wish to receive the order elsewhere, you can specify a different delivery address when placing the order.
When your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Through this link you will be kept informed of the status and location of your package.
For orders over €35,- within the Benelux and Germany you pay no shipping costs in the case of regular shipping. For orders up to €35,- there is a €3.99 shipping fee.
For orders to be delivered in other European countries there is a €8,- shipping fee.
If you choose to pay for the shipping method "Cash" €12.95 shipping is fee regardless of the size of your order.
If you wish to return a product or your entire order, we request that you notify us by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). To handle your return as quickly as possible, please include your customer number and delivery note number.

When the products are received by us we will send you a confirmation and receipt to make sure that the package has arrived.
If you wish to return a product or your entire order, you must send the package yourself. After receiving the package, the amount of the returned product will be refunded within 7 working days.
As a consumer you have the right to revoke your order without giving any reason within 14 days. This means that we offer a full refund, including shipping costs of the outward shipment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. If you want to let us know that you would like to cancel your order please send the withdrawal form within 14 days of receipt filled out to email@example.com. After sending the form you have 14 calendar days to return the product.

Both returning products as revoking your order, the following conditions apply. We encourage you to use quality packing materials which are wrapped around the original packaging of the product. For example, the original packaging in which the product was shipped. The sealing of the product packaging must not be broken. If the seal is broken, this means a reduction in value of the product, which Piggy Proof will charge you for.
